David's single "Let's Dance Tonight" was released in early 1991, and was featured on his 1990 album "Crazy For You". The song was originally recorded in 1984 by Pia Zadora, and was the title of one of her albums. David's version of the song has often been performed live at his shows around the world, and is often a crowd favorite. The song was released as a 12" vinyl single which included a long version, and instrumental version, and the album cut of "One And One Make Three".
